Happy Monday

 Hey Everybody,

The puppies are doing great! We are with them 24/7 to make sure all are eating and gaining weight. Everyone is doing very well.

I do want to brag on our #1 helper, our son Luke. Luke is 6 years old and loves to help with the dogs and puppies. He comes straight home from school everyday and runs the dogs on our land. Today was a nasty cold rainy day so he helped me take care of the puppies. As you can see by the photo Dana was very happy to see him!

The puppies are here!!!

 Hey Everybody,

The puppies are here! Dana went into labor this morning at 12:03am and the last puppy was born at 7:11am (so to say we are sleep deprived would be an understatement lol). She did a fantastic job and is such a great momma. The first 3 puppies were boys and then the girls took over with one more boy at the number 11 spot. We have 8 girls and 4 boys! 

The next couple of days are a critical time making sure everyone is eating and that Dana is able to get some much needed rest. For those reasons, we will not have many updates this week. Our week 1 video will be posted next week but I wanted to share a couple photos I was able to get this morning.

Still "patiently" waiting....

 Hey Everybody,

Just wanted to give a quick update because I know you are all just as excited as we are for the puppies to arrive. We are still "patiently" waiting on their arrival. Dana looks like she is ready to pop but is acting just like her fun playful self...moving a tad bit slower of course. 

I believe the puppies will be here by Tuesday. I will keep you all posted on here.

X-Ray

 Hey Everybody,

We went this morning for an X-Ray and we definitely have puppies on the way!! Our vet is guessing at least 10. Here are two pictures from today's x-ray. With this many it is hard to tell how many because they are laying on top of each other. We will have puppies by beginning of next week and I will post updates on here as soon as they arrive.

Also here is a video of sweet Dana on our walk yesterday...she is always a happy girl!
